Data collected

Contact form: name, email, phone, country, planned capital, message. Clients: identity, contact details, billing data, chosen allocation, time-stamped log of your choices (allocation, pause) with the IP address and browser used, kept as proof of your instructions, broker account data needed for the dashboard.

Purposes

To contact you, perform the license agreement, invoice you, display your dashboard, send you the alerts and reports you requested, and meet our legal obligations.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. MFT Andorra LLC never sees or stores your card numbers.

Broker access keys

They are installed directly on your robot's server, never on this site nor sent by email. They only allow orders to be placed, never a withdrawal, and you can revoke them at any time at your broker.

Retention period

Contact requests: 3 years without word from you. Client data: the term of the contract, then the legal retention period for accounting records.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Write to [email protected]. If you live in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Processors

Site and API: Cloudflare. Client area authentication and database: Supabase (servers in the European Union). Robot: DigitalOcean. Payment: Stripe. Emails: Resend. All are bound by confidentiality commitments.
